Abstract/Summary

Report on trial excavations undertaken in the area of 106-110 Foregate St. (bound to the north by Foregate St., and to the south by Forest St., in advance of proposed redevelopment. Three trenches were excavated by hand, revealing a Roman, post-Roman, medieval and post-medieval sequence of deposits.
