Summary

No 1-11 Bridge Place consists of a row of terraced town houses of a mid to late 18th century date. Predominately of Flemish bond brown brick they also have painted sandstone facades and grey slate roofs with ridges parallel with the front. They are of three storeys with a basement or cellar at former undercroft level and access at first floor – former Row – level. Although some renovation has been undertaken, they survive reasonably well, in particular No 5 which is Grade II* listed.
