CHESTER CITY (IM) SJ4065NE BRIDGE PLACE 595-1/6/32 (East side) 28/07/55 No.3 (Formerly Listed as: BRIDGE PLACE Nos.1-11 AND 13 (Odd)) GV II Town house. Late C18. Flemish bond brown brick with grey slate roof. ridge parallel with the front. 3 storeys and cellar. Plain painted stone plinth with cellar vent; stone kerb to cobbled forecourt. Door of 6 fielded panels, north, has radial-bar in simple pedimented case with panelled pilasters. Flush quoins, painted stone sills and wedge lintels. A 4;12;4 pane tripartite sash to the first storey; a similar tripartite sash and, above the doorway, a 12-pane sash to the second storey; a 3;9;3 pane sash and a 9-pane sash to the third storey. A painted stone cornice and parapet course; a cast-iron rainwater head and pipe, north; gable chimneys. The rear has miscellaneous fenestration with cambered brick heads. INTERIOR not inspected but is likely to contain features of interest. Listing NGR: SJ4067665871
