Abstract/Summary
Watching Brief carried out at The Ship Inn, Handbridge, Chester. Five test pits dug alongside internal walls, within the yard and against the boundary wall to the rear of the inn. A few sherds of pottery including a fragment of German stoneware and a fragment of lead was recovered.
