No.37 Welsh Row was a brick early C19 house and shop demolished to improve access to St Anne's Lane. The interior retained one truss suggesting a C17 timber-framed precursor.

Report on reclamation work carried out by the Engineering Service at Cheshire County Council on the site of Nantwich Gas Works on St Anne's Lane. It includes pictures of the widening of St. Anne's Lane in preparation for the works, including a picture of the demolition of No. 37 Welsh Row in progress.
