Full Description
Buried cultivation soil layer containing broadly third century finds, sealing Roman pits, ditches and other features (CHER 8046) at the site of the former Rylands Garage (1). The layer was identified in Trench 2, where it was seen to be sealing the features represented by CHER 8046.
