Description

Report on rapid watching brief and test pits carried out in 2012 in advance of planned works in the road at St Werburgh Street by Dee Valley Water. The investigations encountered extensive and deep archaeological features although they lay beyond the area of development impact and therefore were not examined extensively. An additional report was made in 2022 by Simon Ward, on the origins and extent of the "Dip"
