Abstract/Summary
Photographic record undertaken in 1997-8 for restoration works carried out at Vale Royal Upper Sluices, which are Grade II Listed, on the navigable section of the River Weaver Navigation between Frodsham and Northwich. These works formed part of a major project to refurbish and modernise the sluice structures.
