Abstract/Summary
Watching brief carried out during excavation for new services at the Commercial Hotel, Chester, on the site of the graveyard associated with St Peter's Church, revealed the wall for a 19th century coal shute associated with the hotel and a modern flagged surface which overlay an imported 19th century make up deposit
