Full Description
Built around 1828. Probably the only water powered mill in east Cheshire to have been built after 1826 (1). Silk mill on OS 1st ed. 25 and 6 maps (2 & 3). Only the weir survives. Peter Hunt was a throwster there in 1860 (4).
