Two buildings are depicted on the 1842 tithe map for Audlem Township (source 2) at the site of Woolfall Manor Farm. One of the buildings corresponds to Woolfall Manor, the other, a barn to its north. The barn (see CHER 15353/1) was subject to a level 2 building record in 2021, prior to its demolition.

The two buildings depicted on the tithe map lie in Plot 299, which is described as '2 Cottages And Gardens', owned by John Hervey and occupied by Luke Billington and John Evans.
