Full Description

The farm is first depicted on this map of 1875. The farm comprises a barn or barns, farmhouse, possible pigsties and other outbuildings arranged round a square courtyard.

The farmstead is not depicted on the tithe map for Moreton cum Alcumlow, suggesting it was constructed after 1838.

It is possible that this farm is a replacement for Park House (CHER 149/1/3) which was located c.135m to the north-west. A number of the outbuildings have been demolished, but the farmhouse and possible barns survive.
