Summary
Series of suburban houses built in the early 19th century along Eaton Road. They represent some of the earliest suburban houses in the Handbridge area. As originally built they consisted of three semi-detached properties, however, they have since been further divided. They are of English garden wall bond brown brick with a hipped roof of graded grey slate.

Series of suburban houses built in the early 19th century along Eaton Road. They represent some of the earliest suburban houses in the Handbridge area.
