Full Description

Archaeological investigations at Canalside/Witter Place in 2001 recorded evidence of medieval casting in the area. The evidence was largely confined to trench 5 of the evaluation and consisted of a pit cut [524] associated with cauldron casting and filled with medieval to late medieval pottery. (2)
