Technique(s)
Organisation
Wardell Armstrong (Stoke-on-Trent)
Date
June 2012
Description
An archaeological watching brief undertaken over six days between the 29th May 2012 and the 7th June 2012. The watching brief monitored the stripping of the topsoil and subsoil. Three pits, a post-hole and a plough scar were discovered. They appeared to be unrelated to each other and contained no finds and so they are probably all agricultural in origin rather than significant archaeological features.
