Description
Building recording of a disused building to the rear of 19 Bridge Street as a result of development proposals for the site. Survey carried out to meet Listed Building Consent prior to the demolition of the structure.
Evaluation comprised a simplified plan and elevation survey of the exterior and three floors of the building, a photographic survey and visual study of similar structures.
Building initially appeared to be a common type however greater examination noted several features of interest including a plinth on the south elevation and possible older brickwork in the south elevation. Building is predominately late 18th century.
