Description

An archaeological watching brief during various intrusive groundworks (lift shaft, access ramp, toilet extension) carried out as part of the conversion of the former County Hall to new accommodation for the University of Chester (1). Roman and medieval finds were recovered, but from disturbed, indeterminate contexts.
