Description

In 1996/7 OA North (Lancaster University Archaeological Unit) undertook a programme of survey at Lyme Park in Cheshire at the request of the National Trust. This survey examined and recorded seven discrete but interlinked elements of the Park landscape and detailed gazeteers were produced for the use of the National Trust. The report was originally submitted in 1997 as a draft, but was then revised and enhanced in 2006 to produce the present final version here.
