Level 2 historic building record produced in 2023 for Fields Farm, Houndings Lane, Old Mill Road, Sandbach, Cheshire CW11 4EQ, prior to re-development. The report considers the farmhouse, an outbuilding/barn and a stable block. The farmhouse is of two phases, the north-east wing being the oldest dating between 1772-1819, and the south-west wing which dates to the twentieth century. The earliest part of the outbuilding/barn is contemporary with the early phase of the farmhouse and was extended in the mid-nineteenth century. The stable block is a later addition dating to the later nineteenth century.
