Abstract/Summary
A building condition report was produced in November 2019 for locally listed barns at Sutton New Hall Farm. The barns are located adjacent to Sutton New Hall farmhouse. They were constructed circa 1812 and form a horseshoe shape, creating a courtyard to the farmhouse. They are of traditional exposed brick construction laid in random bond throughout and are surmounted by a dual pitched slate roof. The barns are considered to be in a satisfactory condition.
