Abstract/Summary
This report was produced to assess the impact of proposals carry out minor alterations to the listed building, extend the kitchen and replace the garage. It relates to a Heritage Statement from November 2015 (R3856a) for a previous application for Listed Building Consent, which assessed the levels of significance of the building in detail and of the contribution made by the setting and which should be read with this report.
