Abstract/Summary
Desk-based assessment produced by TEP for land, approximately 36.5 ha in area, at Daresbury, Halton, in advance of residential development.
Two heritage assets of low heritage significance were identified. The first a former brick yard and kiln with associated quarry pits of post medieval in date and disused by 1910. The second the site of cottages to the north of Daresbury Lane and evident on historic mapping dating between 1844 and 1985. They are named 'Railway Cottages' on 20th century OS mapping.
