Bloor Homes has commissioned MetroMOLA to carry out a historic environment assessment in advance of proposed development. The site is approximately 1.1 hectares. The scheme comprises the construction of 36 private residential houses with associated garages, gardens and infrastructure. No heritage assets were indentified that would be directly or indirectly affected by the development. Based on the available evidence the site is assessed to have a low to moderate potential for archaeological remains dating from the later prehistoric (BA and IA) to Roman periods to exist within the site.
