Abstract/Summary

Report on the historic building impact assessment carried out to inform a proposed redevelopment of the industrial complex known as the leadworks in Chester. The complex contains a listed shot tower dating to 1800 and associated buildings. The assessment concluded that development should incorporate these structures in a sympathetic manner.
