Abstract/Summary
Planning
St Mary and All Saints' Church, Great Budworth: Disabled Access and WC (Ref 09/00033/LBC)
This is to confirm that I visited the above site this morning in order to inspect the archaeological aspects (the drainage trench) of the above development. The trench was cut to c 0.7m and was wholly within the build up of deposits within the graveyard. A quantity of disarticulated bone was recovered but this has been carefully collected and will be re-buried on site. No other material of archaeological interest was noted.
I advise that the archaeological elements of this development have now been addressed and that any outstanding archaeological condition may be discharged. Please get in contact if you wish to discuss matters further.
