Farmhouse. Seventeenth century. Timber-framed with whitewashed brick infill and plain tile roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: nineteenth century gabled bay to left with stone lower storey and timber framing and simulated timber framing above. To the right of this are 6 x 2 cells of small framing (mostly renewed this century). Two three-light and one two-light ground floor casement windows and one two-light and one three-light gabled dormers to the first floor all of nineteenth century or twentieth century date. Left hand gable end: stone plinth supporting close studding with angle braces and close studding to gable. Nineteenth century casements with lattice glazing to both floors. Interior: Fluted and chamfered ceiling beam to parlour. There is some seventeenth century panelling and a door with beaded framing and with fluted cornices to the panelling which is certainly rearranged and probably brought from elsewhere.

There was a fire c.1910 after which time the right hand portion of the entrance front was renewed
