Full Description
Two prehistoric finds were recovered from a garden in Oaklea Avenue, Hoole in 1955. They were both flint and comprised a barbed and tanged arrowhead of a possible Early Bronze Age date and a second worked flint flake of a probable similar date. (1)
The finds were recovered at a depth of 0.30m below the ground surface and are now in the possession of the Grosvenor Museum. (2)
