Farmhouse, probably early seventeenth century; oak small framing with plaster panels; a little extension at front, right and rear in brick by the Arley estate; steep tiled roofs, probably formerly thatched. One storey plus attic bedrooms; two windows to front with nineteenth century "catslide" outshut to right. Small framing to main front face; slightly truncated full cruck in left gable; small-framed rear wing flush with left gable; right gable-end rebuilt later nineteenth century by Arley estate, with castellated band at first floor, small casement; two gabled dormers to front. Interior not inspected. There are stated to be full crucks and bevelled and ovolo beams.
