Farmhouse, probably early C17; oak small framing with plaster panels; a little extension at front, right and rear in brick by the Arley estate; steep tiled roofs, probably formerly thatched. 1 storey plus attic bedrooms; 2 windows to front with C19 "catslide" outshut to right. Small framing to main front face; slightly truncated full cruck in left gable; small-framed rear wing flush with left gable; right gable-end rebuilt later C19 by Arley estate, with castellated band at 1st floor, small casement; 2 gabled dormers to front. Interior not inspected. There are stated to be full crucks and bevelled and ovolo beams.
