Full Description
A possible quern. A greenstone hand grain rubber was found in an irregular semicircle of peat bog at the foot of the tumulus at Mount Pleasant, on the western side. It is 11 ins long x 9.5 ins wide & 6 ins thick along the central ridge. It weighs 25 lbs and is broadly bevelled towards the edges (1).
