A mill that this site was first mentioned in 1280. There is some indication of the pool position and headrace from the weir. Originally the mill had two wheels, one overshot, the tailrace of which drove an undershot wheel. The site was cleared after the last war.

Full Description

The mill house survives, although little evidence of the adjoining mill can be traced. There is some indication of the pool position and headrace from the weir. Originally the mill had two wheels, one overshot, the tailrace of which drove an undershot wheel. The site was cleared after the last war.
