Full Description
Built in 1872 by Josiah Smale & Son (1). Handmade brick on stone foundations, with Welsh slate roof. Internal structure with cast iron columns carrying timber beams. 3 storeys, the main range a 13 window range facing George Street. Moulded cornice (2). Part of the Bollin Mills complex (1).
