Full Description
Farmhouse: dated 1666 with C19 alterations. Coursed sandstone rubble with Kerridge stone-slate roof and a brick chimney. Rectangular two- room plan with gable entrance. Two-storey, two-bay front. Mixture of casements, one with hood mould partially surviving. Tablet above upper window reads L:L W:M:R 1666. Interior: Door opens into living room alongside original heck. Chamfered beams with flat and tongue stops. Timber-framed partition walls. Tiebeam trusses with curved principals. Bungalow added to the east (1).
