Summary

Grade II listed farmhouse, built in the seventeenth century with late nineteenth century additions and alterations. The walls are coursed squared buff sandstone rubble and it has a stone slate roof, stone ridge and two stone chimneys. Inside it has timber-framed partition walls with stone flags as infill.

Farmhouse: late seventeenth century with late nineteenth century addition and alterations. Coursed, squared buff sandstone rubble. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and two stone chimneys. two-storey, four-bay front. Left three bays are original gable-entry house. This has three-light wooden windows with small central sash under rough stone lintels. Door nearly central with ashlar surround. Addition to right has four-pane sashes under gable. Interior: Has timber-framed partition walls with stone flags as infill. Chamfered ceiling beams with flat stops.
