Full Description
Formerly a hall, later farmhouse, now three flats. C17 with early C19 alterations to front. Coursed sandstone rubble with Kerridge stone-slate roof and four brick chimneys. Originally rectangular in plan with two short ranges at right angles, both with a side gable. Two-storey, three-bay west front. Sashes have been inserted into C17 surrounds on ground floor with a continuous projecting course at first floor with rises to form hood moulds. Elsewhere there survives a wide variety of mullioned windows of different sizes and mouldings, which suggests a complex C17 building history. Interior: Has some chamfered beams (1).
