"Lee Hall," another residence here, in Elizabeth's reign, of the estate of the Worths of Titherington, was vested in the seventeenth century in the Massies of Lee hall, whose heiress in the middle of last century disposed of it to William Brocklehurst, of Macclesfield, in whose family it has since remained, being now the property of T. Unett Brocklehurst, esq. the owner of Henbury.
