Formerly part of farmhouse and now house: late seventeenth century core with nineteenth and twentieth century alterations. Coursed, squared buff sandstone rubble. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and one stone chimney. Two-storey, two-gabled front. Ground floor has bow windows with 3-light casements above, under plain stone lintels. Projecting rubble bonds at first and second floor. Door in extreme right in plain stone surround. Gables, probably mid nineteenth alterations, are stone-coped and have kneelers and blocked rectangular lights. To rear two, two-light small, square-sectioned stone mullions.
