Full Description

House, now offices. Late C17 with C20 alterations. Painted brick with heavy slate roof. 2 storeys, 5-window range divided by heavy brick pilasters with dentilled frieze over, and moulded string course between the storeys. Central door, with 4 fielded panels, in moulded case with renewed canopy. Windows all 4-pane sashes with flat-arched heads. Overhanging eaves, gable end stacks. Lozenge decoration in brickwork of gable. Rear wall rebuilt mid-late C20.

INTERIOR: refitted mid-late C20. The façade represents an unusual and notable example of the naïve "Artisan Mannerist" style of C17 provincial work.
