Summary
Grade II listed farmhouse. It was probably built in the early 17th century with later alterations. The walls are coursed rubble sandstone roofed in Kerridge ( a local quarry) stone slate.

Lane House Farmhouse, probably early C17, altered. Coursed rubble sandstone roofed in Kerridge stone slate. Some wood casements and some chamfered mulllion windows. Interior: chamfered oak beams in parlour. Full architectural description (1).
