Formerly Wilbraham's Almshouses a row of C16, timber framed cottages now almost wholly reconstructed and much altered to a single dwelling, the present building incorporating part of the original timber frame. Modern brick infilling; 2 storeys; 5 modern wood mullioned windows with central transomes, projecting on false brackets; plain doorway with tiled pentice hood; modern eaves and tile roof.

Pevsner records that Roger Wilbraham's original 17th century almshouses are 'said to survive in part as the neighbouring Nos. 112-116' Welsh Row.
