Farmhouse. Early seventeenth century with later seventeenth or early eighteenth century addition. English garden wall bond brick and plain tile roof. Baffle-entry plan evolving into a T-shaped plan. The earlier portion, now to rear, has plain band at first floor and re-set seventeenth century door with coffin nail decoration. Openings nineteenth and/or twentieth century. Interior has chamfered ceiling beams and a plank door.
