Full Description
Poole was divided into three holdings or manors in Domesday (1). Ormerod records three townships named Pooles - Barrets-Poole, Warpoole and White-Poole (2)(3).This has been taken to represent a deserted village (4). Poole is now a parish of scattered farms.
