Full Description
Deserted medieval village at Brereton. All that remains are the hall and the church. The village was probably relocated at Brereton Green to the SW due to emparking (1).
Probably designated a DMV because of the church being 'isolated' from any settlement. See examples of this phenomenon in references (3) and (4), (5).
