Full Description
A number of isolated find from the Roodee Racecourse have been reported including a large Samian cup of the Dragendorff type 27 in 1874, stamped with the potters mark PECVLIARIS F and a Samian ware vessel of the Dragendorff type 27 from the base of the walls near the Grand Stand in 1894, stamped with the potters mark DONNAVC F (1)
A coin of Domitian inscribed with IMP AVG DOMITIAN on the observe with a head facing right was also found at the racecourse in 1899. The reverse is illegible. (2)
