Full Description
Fragment of a Roman mirror found in a skip at 23 Castle Street, during building operations, and taken to Grosvenor Museum in January 1978. The mirror is heavily encrusted, but the edge has a sharp, well-defined bevel. It was said to date to the first half of first century (1).
