Full Description
A sherd of Chester ware was found in Watergate Street in 1985 under unspecified circumstances (1). Note that although another findspot (of an antler comb case) derives from Watergate St. in 1985 (CHER 9013/37, ECH5163), no pottery was reported to have been found with it. This monument record is therefore separate, and its GIS point is placed in the centre of the street and is considered approximate.
