Terrace of five houses, now offices. c1830, with twentieth century alterations. Three storeys, ten-window range, variably planned as single or two-room width, double-pile plans. Doorways to left of each unit have architraves with fluted pilasters recessed in segmental archways, a single fanlight surviving in No.29. Sixteen-pane sash windows to left in return of St George's House (CHER 2608/146/2) and No.25; the others mainly renewed in original openings; flat-arched gauged brick heads to windows throughout; continuous painted sill band to first floor. Wood modillion eaves cornice. Return elevation to west (No.2 High Street) a three-window range with porch added c1980 and blind central window space. Axial stacks. The terrace forms an integral build with St George's House (CHER 2608/146/2), St George's Street and St George's Street Mill beyond (CHER 2608/146/1).
