Mill-owner's house, now offices. c1840, with twentieth century alterations. Brick with Welsh slate roof. Three storeys, three-window range, with central entrance up steps. Six-panelled door in reeded architrave with radial fanlight, and flanking sixteen-pane sash windows, with flat-arched gauged brick heads. Wide sixteen-pane sash windows to first floor (blind central window), and wide twelve-pane sashes in upper storey. Moulded eaves cornice and end wall stacks. The house is integral with St George's Street Mill (CHER 2608/146/1) but is built with a redder brick. It is also an integral build with Nos 25-31 Park Street (CHER 2608/146/3).
