Early nineteenth century. Red brick; two storeys; one window, partly with modern glazing; simple wood pilaster doorcase with small cornice hood and four-panelled door; plain eaves; tiles. Included for group value. No’s 122 to 126 (even), Nos 130 to 144 (even), Nuthurst School, Nos 146 and 148 and Churche's Mansion form a group.
