Manor Farm (see CHER 1260/1) dates from the late 17th century, it is of brick construction with stone details and later additions. The adjacent barn building dates from at least the same period and has a partially surviving timber-framed core along with a number of timber rafters. Both buildings are shown on the tithe map of 1848, the barn as a north–south linear agricultural range. By 1875 Manor Farm was recorded as Ollerton House on the Ordnance Survey map, but by 1895 it was called Manor Farm. By this date, the linear range had been extended to the west to create a brick cattle shed. By 1911, more outbuildings had been constructed to the south-west and south of the pre-existing agricultural buildings. The outbuildings remained in use for cattle until recently.
